Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested for orders that have not already been shipped or for outstanding items
in a partially shipped order via the account section of this website. Cancellation requests will be
processed and only accepted for items which can be withdrawn from the order at no cost to Quickplay.
Items which have already been shipped or which can not be withdrawn for any reason will be considered
part of a valid order and subject to the returns policy outlined below. This may include items not
marked as shipped at the time of cancellation due to delays in the order processing system.
Refund of any monies paid may take up to 5 business days after a cancellation request has been accepted.
Returns
All returns must be approved by Quickplay prior to the items being sent back. Any returns that are
received by Quickplay without approval will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense or
cause a delay in the process of corrective action, whichever is deemed appropriate at Quickplay's discretion.
Reasons for returns:
-
Product is faulty
This includes a disc not loading, freezing, display errors, no audio, audio out of sync or
menu navigation problems or a peripheral device not responding to input. Before contacting
Quickplay, it is recommended that the customer tries discs on another player as it is possible
that some players have comptibility issues with the disc. It is also recommended that customers
try peripheral devices in different ports and with new batteries (if needed) as included
batteries can sometimes discharge during storage.
An exact description of the fault as well as on which disc and how far into the disc is necessary.
This is for our technicians to confirm the defect so it can be sent back to the distributors and
a refund or exchange issued.
-
Product not as advertised
If there are fundamental differences between the description listed on the website and the product
you received, please contact Quickplay with the differences. Quickplay will assess the submitted
differences and upon our discretion might result in no action, an exchange or a refund.
-
Incorrect title
If the product that you received is different to your order, then the incorrect product can be
returned and either the correct title or a refund will be offered. The incorrect returned product
must be in the same new condition that it was received.
-
Other
For any other reasons including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect title ordered,
incorrect quantity ordered, incompatibility with customers entertainment system, unsatisfied
with an item that is functioning as designed or more than 14 days have passed since the order
was shipped, refunds, exchange or credit will not be provided.
Items that have been approved for return by Quickplay must be sent with the original paper receipt
that was received with the order. Any returns that are received without this receipt will be sent
back to the customer at the customer's expense or cause a delay in processing until the receipt is
received.
Returned items will be assessed by our technicians to verify your claim. If the item is found to be
faulty you will be offered an exchange or refund. An exchange can be made for the same item only and
is shipped to you at no additional cost. In the event that the same item is no longer available, you
will be offered a refund. Refunds are given for the item cost only as the original shipping cost is
not refundable. If the item is not found to be faulty it will be sent back to the customer at the
customer's expense.
If the return process exceeds the accepted 14 day returns period due to the customer's failure to
comply with this policy, the return may be rejected and items sent back to the customer at the
customer's expense.
