All orders are shipped by Australia Post E-Parcel, which is a registered postage service to ensure safe delivery, and provides a tracking facility so you can check the progress of the shipment online.
In stock orders that are placed before midday (AEST) are usually shipped the same day.
Delivery normally takes between 2-7 working days depending on where you are located.
A consignment note number is made available once your order has been dispatched. This can be found on the shipping confirmation email we send you or the order details page in the account section of this website, and can be used to track the parcel at: http://auspost.com.au/track/

In the unlikely event that an order does not reach it's destination, please inform us and we will promptly investigate the matter. This may take up to 30 days and if the parcel is deemed as legitimately lost, we will refund or reship the order at no additional cost.
If a customer claims an order has not been received while the parcel is showing as having been delivered on the Australia Post E-Parcel website, the customer may request Proof of Delivery from Quickplay. Each Proof of Delivery request will be charged $10.
